Oxford Capacity test

An acquaintance of mine is providing analyses of test. So I did it for some small amount of money and I was provided with graph and report of my strengths and weaknesses. It's a very useful test, I recommend it to the forum community.

I see that they have also a web site but not sure if it provides full analysis for free.

this is your bias.

Test gave me good results ( in sense that they resemble my traits, even things that wasn't fully aware of ).

yes, the test gives different results/descriptions from what is stated in WP page.

 

for example, this is nonsense:

We've had a look at their tests and if you didn't know better, they look credible ... These tests are saying people are acceptable or unacceptable, but really there's nothing in them to allow you to draw that kind of conclusion. It's the interpretations that are bogus — they are drawing arbitrary conclusions that simply aren't warranted.^[22]

 

This test doesn't say that people are acceptable or unacceptable.

This test doesn't say that people are acceptable or unacceptable.

It was used to say that.

And it's a bloody half backed test with no scientific merit.

Going to a a therapist is a much better way to explore and discover things about yourself that you aren't aware of.

- The accuracy of this test is probably as good as the weekly horoscope in the same. The test has absolutely nothing to do with reality, other than producing a result that may make a gullible person buy a course.

It was pretty accurate in my case, much more than weekly horoscope for sure. For example, I had 90 points in stability which is similar to some other online tests that I did where I am described as stable too.

That is how they recruit, by giving personality tests, now a psuedo iq test.  They are looking for addicts.  That is who they recruit.  So now you know, Tom Cruise is an addict, now addicted to the praise that he gets from scientology

I'm reading this book based on Hubbard's Tone scales teaching. It's very interesting stuff. Author claims that we can correctly judge people based on this scaling method.

I've just finished reading How to choose your people. An interesting read, I'll try to scale people as per instructions in future period.
