Yeah.. that's the whole point. Precisely where, and by whom, was he arrested ? On the beach ? On the water approaching the beach ?

None of this makes sense.

Reminds me of another such operation only in Cuba in the early sixties.  How soothing to know that no three letter agencies were involved this time.  Thank goodness.
