Air passengers arriving in Britain will soon have to quarantine for a fortnight as part of a move to avoid a second peak of the coronavirus.

Airlines UK, the trade body for UK registered airlines, has confirmed to Sky News that the move will be introduced by the government for anyone arriving into the UK other than from Ireland, to ease the spread of COVID-19.

A 14-day quarantine period for all travellers coming to Britain would have a devastating impact on both the UK aviation industry and wider economy, a trade body has warned.

The Government will reportedly announce the mandatory quarantine as part of measures aimed at avoiding a second peak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Its very effective method they have been doing it in South Korea for months, and they have not had a community spread case of the Virus since April. the only cases reported in South Korea were people trying to enter the country, they were caught at the Airports or during the 14 day Quarantine. I just went through it in South Korea, and it's not the end of the world. Especially when you consider the consequences if you don't do it which could be the death of your fellow countryman. I am glad that other countries are starting to use phone Apps for mandatory health reporting, are considering Quarantines for all incoming travelers, it shows that they are learning, even if it is from a small little country like South Korea.

Peace
