Moderation is the key word when dealing with in intake of fringe woo. If you go full fringe down load you'll end up like Harte, 'Fringe friedTM' but with a grin on his face

Nah.

Not up to my standards.

Would have been a funny limerick though, but now I can't settle for less.

It's gotta be sweet, sweet milk of the woo teat leading to lactose intolerance.

Nothing less will do.

Because without it you would be dumb too...? Or is this a haiku of some sort?

When suckling those sweet milk distortions

The mind must perform wild contortions.

And if one should binge

On nothing but fringe

He'd suffer lactose malabsorption.

I had to lose the overt intolerance joke.

Now it's inside.

/All/ theories that suggest non-African origins are sort of inherently racist. One can see Victorians fanning themselves, steeling against the idea they could be *gasp* African. Ditto MAGA folks.

I don't think CS is /trying/ to be racist, but her ****-on-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks technique doesn't lend itself to very thoughtful posting and gets there pretty regularly.

Well its not INHERENTLY racist, if there does turn out to be an Australopithecus found buried under Leipzig wearing Lederhosen and a Thor's Hammer, we'd have to seriously reevaluate things. If we find evidence we originated in Europe, and it pans out, that's not racist, that's science.

Problem is, we don't have that evidence. And the ones who espouse it without evidence tend to be frog worshipping fellows in red hats. Or occasionally Eastern European nationalists. Yknow folks with whatever the exact antithesis of a college degree is.
