“But we’ll put it in and then we’re probably going to be taking it out. We’re working out the legal complexities right now,” Trump added, but did not expand on what he meant.

A White House spokesman later stated that amnesty was off the table for migrants who are in the US illegally but arrived in the country as children.

Desperate times call for desperately insincere measures?    Can't wait to see what other 'proposals' will be advertised.
