TigerBright19 Posted October 26, 2020 #1231 Share Posted October 26, 2020 (edited) Is Biden medically fit (mind and body) to fulfil is duties as President? I can only think of two cases where the VP had to take over soon after an election. President Harrison only served 31 days in office before he died of a fever in 1841 and the VP took over, and in 1850 President Taylor served just one year and died from a disease and the VP took over. You have to admit if Biden wins the energy he will need to perform his duties to 2025 is questionable. I dreamt the other night that Harris was the President and she had appointed an Hispanic as VP. I'm hoping Biden hands the presidency to Harris after two years to get some younger blood in the Whitehouse. The US badly needs to dump all the old deadwood Senators that do nothing but pad their bank accounts with lobbyist cash. They do nothing for their constituents. And what's wrong with a Latin American V.P? I will give you the benefit of the doubt as to whether that was a racist statement. As long at they are born in America, no problem. I won't be surprised if the Hispanic VP is former CA Lieu Governor Cruz Bustamente. I had read psychics forecast the likes of Elizabeth Warren, Andrew Cuomo and Gavin Newsom are presidents after Biden and Harris. And Nancy Pelosi will be VP, but what would happen to Joe Biden, his mental and cognitive health abilities are an issue the media reported on. With the wonders of modern medicine and the very best of it our country has to offer, Biden could probably be maintained as an active thing individual through two terms and retirement. Look at Jimmy Carter for example. Donald Trump, if he serves a second term will be older than Biden is now if he completes it. But why do we need septuagenarians and octogenarians operating our government? Another good argument for term limits in Congress. 1

bee Posted October 26, 2020 #1244 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Biden appears to confuse Trump with Bush in latest campaign gaffe Anyone can make a mistake and use the wrong word sometimes... but there have been too many where Biden is concerned.. I think that the DNC wanted Kamala Harris to be the candidate all along (like they did Hillary back in 2016 and schemed against Sanders behind closed doors)... but she wasn't popular enough and didn't do well in the Primaries - So they are trying to get her in through the back door... (if Biden wins)... The Democrats don't seem to be very democratic - within their own organization and in the institutions of power... 1

I was referring to VPs who took office shortly after a Presidential election. If the President's condition is questionable, then there must be plans already in preparation for Harris to succeed him. In about 10 years time she will probably write a book about the Trump years, rebuilding America from the Covid fallout, and how she was briefed on Biden's condition before the 2020 election with standby plans in case he could not take the inauguration. There's always a Plan B.

skliss Posted October 26, 2020 #1247 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Joe Biden last night seemed to forget who the president was, noting that he was fighting against 'four more years of George.' Addressing supporters online, during a virtual concert to drum up enthusiasm, the 77-year-old sat next to his wife Jill (main). 'Four more years of George, er, George, er, he - we're going to find ourselves in a position where, if Trump (bottom right) gets elected, we're going to be in a different world,' said Biden. Jill appeared to remind him, under her breath: 'Trump,' as Biden faltered over such an elementary fact that it is the classic question asked of confused patients: 'Who's the President?' Many speculated that he was thinking of George W. Bush (top right), president from 2001-09, but he may also have been thinking of Bush Senior who was in office from 1989-93. The blunder will once again raise questions about the 77-year-old's mental capacity - a topic President Trump has repeatedly referenced in the run-up to the election. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8878991/Joe-Biden-appears-confuse-Trump-Bush-calls-president-George-virtual-rally.html Apparently Jill had to whisper "Trump" 3 times to him. Someone suggested that the reason he has to disappear for days, after a few appearances, is that the drugs they are giving him to get him thru those couple of days take a toll he has to recover from. It's more and more obvious the plan is to get Harris in by dragging Joe across the finish line. Wonder how much the Biden's are getting in compensation?

So you might consider the Eurocentric nature of the committee. Maybe from an EU point of view, President Trump has a more mixed record. It is their prize to give to who they want. For the President, it is not the money, a paltry $100k or so, it is the recognition. One thing Trump supporters could do is create their own American prize for Constitutional Excellence or whatever you want to call it and award it to someone you think is worthy every year. Start with President Trump. Name it the Trump Prize. And yet they all go on and on about participation trophies in schools. Baffling.
