Still Waters Posted July 26, 2020 #1 Share Posted July 26, 2020 (IP: Staff) · Animal keepers at a safari park in Merseyside believe that some visitors are 'arming' baboons with tools such as knives, screwdrivers and a chainsaw to wreak havoc on parked cars. The baboons at Knowsley safari park have been known to rip off windscreen wipers and wing mirrors from the cars of visitors. But now keepers claim that some visitors are trying to help increase the damage caused to vehicles by the animals by supplying weapons 'for a laugh', the Sunday Times reports. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8560677/Monkey-business-Knowsley-Safari-Park-baboons-seen-armed-knives-screwdrivers.html 1 7 Top

Imaginarynumber1 Posted August 8, 2020 #21 Share Posted August 8, 2020 http://www.bbc.com/earth/story/20150818-chimps-living-in-the-stone-age Quote In the rainforests of west Africa, the woodlands of Brazil and the beaches of Thailand, archaeologists have unearthed some truly remarkable stone tools. It's not the workmanship that makes them special. If anything, a casual observer might struggle to even identify them as ancient tools. It's not their antiquity that's exceptional either: they're only about the same age as the Egyptian pyramids. What makes these tools noteworthy is that the hands that held them weren't human.
