Here are three of my four cats.

This is Isaac, named after Isaac Asimov. He has been diabetic for about a year now. As his insulin needs to maintain a good glucose range has been decreasing recently, the vet and I are wondering if he may be entering remission, which is possible with cats. If anyone wants some tips on caring for a diabetic cat, let me know.

This is his brother, Newton, named after Huey P. Newton. He seems to enjoy sleeping with his face planted into either the couch cushion or the seat of the recliner. Both of these two are about 15 years old.

This is the little female we have, Bonnie. She is not too keen about people, but as long as she is in her spot behind the couch and recliner, I can scratch her if I lean back versus standing up to do so. She has a brother Klyde who is more camera shy, but I think I have some more of them all. These two are about 11 years old.

It is fun to watch baby chicks and mama hen. My brother and I had hatched some out years ago, and he has done some pheasants.

Fiddlestix is gorgeous.

I have no pets at present but I am hoping to get a Pug or Frenchie soon.

Good news in that we've reduced Isaac's insulin needs by half over the last two months, vet and I are optimistic that we can reduce it some more in another few weeks after we do a blood glucose curve to see how the current dosage works out.

Hey guys, Not posted for awhile. Loving all of your beautiful pets!

Here's a picture of Akira sticking her tongue out at me/ The little guy below her isn't actually one of my pets. Think he might be a stray, doesn't like human contact very much.

It's taken awhile to get him to come to me.

My handsome boy, Oliver. :)

(no I didn't have any part in this, this was all the 4 year old's fault...)

And a terrarium I set up for my jackson's chameleon. All live plants, natural wood and moss!
