Popular Post openozy Posted September 19, 2020 Popular Post #3127 Share Posted September 19, 2020 (edited) My two rabbit dogs, the greyhound/whippet and blue and white whippet/staghound.The blue girl is my once in a lifetime dog,she has hunted with me for 7 years, saved my life twice and covered thousands of km's with me.I was given her by an old hunter as a pup and no amount of money could buy her off me,a true mate. Also the fastest dog I've seen run,if she was a racing greyhound I'd be a rich man. Commander CMG Posted September 23, 2020 #3131 Share Posted September 23, 2020 My Loki (on the right) I know this looks fierce, teeth showing, growling but Jaw fencing is a great way for dogs to get rid of energy and take part in natural behaviour, generally started lying down or with their forefeet off the ground.. this means there is no power on their back legs.. Real fights are generally silent with all four paws on the ground...

HollyDolly Posted September 28, 2020 #3134 Share Posted September 28, 2020 Lovely dogs. One of these days have to get a good photo of my cat,Joe.He's a russian blue, sweet to me.He likes to tuck his head under my chin, while i stroke his fur.He also likes when i give him a cat massage. He stands up, and i rub up and down his front legs, and rub his head. Can home at lunch to pick up a can of soup to go with my sandwich. The birds were getting the bird seed i had put out. Well, a squirrel was there too. Started talking to them.Birds flew off, and the squirrel ran across the street. Told Squirrely I wasn't mad at him or her, it was okay. Sometimes one of the squirrels in the yard will start chattering. I tell which ever one it is, that I see you get some birdseed, you have to be paitent. Even the birds where i work part time on Sunday and Saturday morning, will start to come over to me.They like how I will tear off pieces of tortillas from my breakfast tacos for them. 5

You'll no longer greet me, When I'm returning home. No longer sit beside me. So I do not feel alone. But although you are not here now, Time forced us to be apart, You re not really gone yet, You're forever in my heart. You have created a beautiful tribute from devastating sadness Waspie_Dwarf, your poem is heartfelt and very, very sad. Many of us know your pain, it is losing a member of family and a close companion. We draw comfort from the time we shared with them and how we cared for them when they were physically beside us, after all, they are all little people in furry overalls. Here are my 2 little angels, a snobby Persian called Yoda and a little, fat, short haired hooligan called Teddy. Overdueleaf Posted May 24, 2021 #3149 Share Posted May 24, 2021 As some of you know, I recently lost one of my cats (Ruger) during a vet visit. My family has a motto that states: "when you need a cat, one will show up". i am hoping that Ruger has found the home that was needing him. In compensation for my loss, the universe sent me a little orphaned furball that apparently needed me. I introduce to you.... io (as in one of Jupiter's moon) and the proud granddogs Wooda and Stuppy. Here are a few pictures...
