A meaningless poll - like Arthur being voted best 'never' king.

I would probably go for John Smith but the vote does damn with faint praise.

The best of the losers is not a great accolade especially in politics where winning is everything.

Idk the stats in the U.K. but I saw a stat once showing how only about 20-30 percent of the population in the U.S even had a Twitter account. Which makes it almost dystopian how media will focus so much on what's Twitter does.

Edit: here we go.

22 percent of U.S adults

Jeremy Corbyn has been voted the best prime minister Britain never had.

The former Labour leader, who led the party to its worst general election defeat since the 1930s back in December, triumphed in a Twitter poll by Times Radio.

Mr Corbyn, MP for Islington North, came out on top ahead of former Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy in the final vote, with 57.7%.

Presenter Matt Chorley's "World Cup of Best PMs We Never Had" saw some 12,300 votes cast.

So 7000 of those 12300 were Corbinites?

YouGov rated Corbyn from its polls as the worst PM there has never been. I agree with that one lol.

Some sort of joke right? Boy, is that bar set low.

Would that make Diane Abbott the best deputy PM we never had......gawd.

Best example of an "echo chamber" as I've ever seen.

Second best would be The Guardian followed swiftly by the BBC.

David Miliband would be my choice.

The Labour Party chose the wrong brother.

I Know what you mean,  Certainly much better than his useless brother.   But in recent times I think most people would agree it was John Smith.   How the world might have been different .....

I wonder about Tony Benn.

I didn't hear much I didn't agree with, though.
