What gaming laptop do you folks recommend

My Asus G53sx gave up it's ghost :-( it's been one of the best laptop i've own and now im looking for a new gaming laptop unfortunately im kind of lost on what to buy in the computer jungle and need some advice on what to buy im looking for a pc within the price range of. 962.84 to 1251 euro. What do you guys recommend!

I have an alienware m17x original, bought it in 2009 for £2500, it's still going, although it can't play modern games but streams vids no problem.

A gaming laptop is one of the worst investments ever. They get out of date rather fast and you can't upgrade their hardware components.

My son's five year old HP is still running liquid smooth and performing well.

 

That said... I have an Alienware tower.  I don't enjoy the interface on a laptop, but my son digs it.

To each their own.

Bought computers for my kids last year, they were old hp elite hp elite 8100 i5 (100$cnd ), got yeston rx550 4g (115$ cnd) in it...  They play most game without problems (not in 4k tho) !
