Ever now and then it feels like a couple of hands pressing upon your head, (something that always makes me smile) and on other occasions its the throat chakra that becomes warm, and then there's the spine tingle, or the whole skin tingle too.....

This presence of GOD can only be known for oneself, but the after affects are quite remarkable.

And this from someone who isn't even a very good meditator.

Although ones desire and yearning is true, and pure enough, it would seem.

Well there are three states of being, as far as this one can see..

First, asleep.

Second, awake.

And third, the switch between the first and the second.

Not much of a ritual, just a monumentally minute movement of the mind.

The candle and the invocation may help to begin with, but after some practice, one doesn't need anything.
