The 'white house' released a statement that he will continue to carry out his duties as he "IS RECOVERING" . I'm thinking he has had it for a couple weeks...but kept it secret for whatever reasons, and now that it is thought he " IS RECOVERING". .he's decided to use it POLITICALLY.
