Who Was Aileen Wuornos?

Serial killer Aileen Wuornos was sexually abused and thrown out of her home as a teen. Having been involved in previous incidents with the law, she made a living as a sex worker on Florida's highways, and in 1989, she killed a man who had picked her up. She went on to kill at least five other men and was eventually caught, convicted and placed on death row. Though her sanity was questioned, Wuornos was executed by lethal injection in 2002

Who was Timothy Evans?

In 1950 a young Welshman was hanged for a heinous crime – the murder of his wife and daughter in the London flat where the family lived.

The man whose testimony had played such a large part in securing the conviction was John Christie – a man who would later be unmasked as a serial killer and **********c. And among his victims had been Evans' wife, Beryl, and the couple's 14-month-old daughter Geraldine.

The wrongful conviction and hanging of Evans would go on to play a major part in the campaign to end executions in Britain.

Um, its a bit complicated,

Personally i wouldnt execute a person. I wouldnt want to be on a jury that had a possible death penalty, although i was on a few trials and served twice as foreman they were both drug related.

Do i believe some people do things so horrible to others that the death penalty is justfied? Yeah i believe so i just do not want to take another humans life.

Yikes!   Cutting a baby from a woman while the woman is awake.   That's pretty gruesome.

No they don't. They get to retire peacefully and become mediocre painters.

No, I teach them to think for themselves and to have the conviction of their beliefs to state them without fear of censure or ridicule (but warn them that both may occur from others who do not hold the freedom of thought and belief to be sacoscant).

Things that don’t exist pop up in lots of threads. Atlantis. Thin Man. Justice. Reliable Tradesmen.
