Space Commander Travis Posted November 1, 2020 #3 Share Posted November 1, 2020 So it seems that they don't actually know anything at all, but thy're ,just saying "well, it might be". I'm sure that, since a lot is known now about Soviet Cold War technology, - there are many Russian writers who've explored the subject - it should really be possible to find out more. Possibly some form of shielding against radar or electronic probing?
Obviousman Posted November 1, 2020 #4 Share Posted November 1, 2020 I'd start with the source. Let's have a good look at the FOI material, and not just take their word (The War Zone) that it exists and that is what it says.

Possibly some form of shielding against radar or electronic probing? Maybe visual shielding against sattelites by burning magnesium ? A light so bright that they cannot take pictures of the testing ?
