Saylor and another justice, Sallie Updike Mundy, split with the rest of the court because they believed the case was now moot since ballot processing in Philadelphia is nearly complete, according to Saylor's dissent.

 

Just to make things clear about the two Republican justices on the court and their positions wrt today's decision. They didn't support team Trump's argument in their dissent.

The DOMINION scandal is going to break the hearts of those who are laughing and crowing.  Sure, they'll deny and distract and equivocate but the tide of different reports is building against them.  This is beginning to remind me of the arrogance of the media Divas who began the evening on Nov.9 of 2016, slowly turning to doubt, then dismay, THEN horror at their new reality.

The judges are now talking about sanctions, fines, and admonitions to the law associations recommending disbarrment for these frivolous, damaging, false claims. The votes found in Georgia were from user error of people not scanning them in. Not form Dominion. 

Also the recount is finished by later tommorow, so with only a net gain of a thousand the state isn't flipping.

No, but with all this caterwauling, I wont be surprised to see the Democrats flip the two Senate seats in Georgia. Trump's insulted them numerous times, and Linsay Graham tried to get the Governor to toss out thousands of liberal votes. That's going to leave a bad taste in people's mouths. Revenge voting is a thing, and we're going to see it in action.

trump haters for 4 years failed to understand one fundamental thing,  we are not supporting the person, we are supporting ideas he stands behind,  we detest liberalism and socialism, , and will not let it settle in america easy, we will stand in the way of this social cancer every time, whether it is trump in the white house or biden, or anyone else makes little difference.
