What's that - you think it's bull****, well i can tell you girls and boys that this site is actually powered by porn. All you got to do is click on the link at the bottom where it saids "Powered by YaBB 1 Gold - Beta 7 (Yet Another Bulletin Board)" and you can have wet dreams all through to Christmas!! ;D PS i found this by accident - i don't go looking for porn everytime i'm on the net!!! Contrary to what you may think, nothing is 'free' anymore. Yes, there are providers that offer so much 'space' for personal web pages to its members, but they are often loaded with annoying "popup ads" and static advertising banners. There are also severe restrictions on the bandwidth any web site is allowed, and the webmasters of sites that exceed that bandwidth are charged for the usage. Now I'm not certain if Gareth is independently wealthy or not, but its apparent he isn't making any money off a site that doesn't display clickable ads or banners. He doesn't seem too concerned about being paid for all the time and trouble he's put into maintaining this site, and I for one am greatly appreciative to him for his efforts. I may be wrong, but I don't think he's even aware of the change, I know I wasn't. You'll notice that the Yabb domain name just recently went up for sale, it used to be maintained by the person who developed the format for our discussion board, and the link was to the developers web page. Anyone with even a small amount of maturity and common courtesy would have had the decency to either email or instant message Gareth about the link directing people to an 'adult content' page. You'll also notice that there is a warning on the title page stating that it is illegal for anyone under 18 to click on the 'ENTER' link. Admittedly, this is an open invitation to '****' happy 16 year old little boys, but that's where parental controls should take over. Once again we must endure the inappropriate, ignorant posting of a brainless, foul-mouthed little twit who obviously has way too much free time and nothing intelligent to add to our forum. I have no idea why that link now goes to an Adult pornography web site, but I'll see what I can do to remove the link. The link code must be in one of the Forum Perl Scripts, so theres a good chance I'll be able to at least alter the link to go somewhere else. Unfortunately the creators of the forum code have gone to a lot of trouble to stop people removing their "advert" from the forum, so it may not be a particularly easy job. Sufficed to say, the link and it's web site have nothing to do with me or this web site whatsoever. The web site to which that link pointed has been changed, and it's very unfortunate that the subject matter of their new site is so inapropriate. It still says "Powered by YaBB 1 Gold", but the link is gone now. Let me know if any other similar links crop up anywhere else on the board. No to be taken to poorly, but dowdy should have maybe tried to find another way to mention the error... either with discrepency or nothing at all. I would have never know or bothere to check had it not been mentioned. Yet at the same time... for Magikman to use the same method to tell dowdy is slighty hippocritical. I know you know what I mean. So let it be said. If something is not up to par on site and needs direct attention... either to a member or the ever so greatful SaRuMaN...please do it discretely.
