Eldorado Posted December 2, 2020 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2020 Russian authorities said Tuesday that they have detained a long-wanted serial killer, known as the "Volga maniac," suspected of murdering at least 26 elderly women between 2011 and 2012. The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Radik Tagirov, was arrested by law enforcement operatives in the city of Kazan in southwestern Russia early Tuesday as part of a criminal investigation into the murders that authorities have attributed to a single person. Always hard to decipher what details are accurate or incorrect from press releases but if every detail is accurate, I'm glad they caught him. Self-defense fights can be justifiable. Being a soldier in a war is part of a job. Getting emotional at others or a situation when you are bothered makes sense. Some people get trapped in ghettos and feel forced in to various crimes.
