The Polynesian did well before the Inca Empire came into existence.

Nope

They had a king and nobles.

Man, I actually started a thread about them discovering Easter Island.

And about those plants: there was a thread, many years ago, and one of the things discussed was these plants. The thread was something like "Ancient Aliens", and one of the most stubborn guys posting in that thread was a 'Zoser'.

He believed "aliens did it".

They had HUGE plants - and not just for Softing Stones.

Stone softing plant.jpg

You left off the designation of the small dark stain which is on the pavement just below  below the P in Pyramid Design Dept.

Just to the left of that designation is the rubbish pile where Harte's Limericks go to die.

The three gentlemen(women) to the left are the only people in the world who still post at 'Above Top Secret' and the bin with the red pills to the left of them is the drug outlet that provided the hallucinogens used at the Graham Hancock Forum.

As technically advanced as they must have been, I would have thought they could spell better.

First, ask yourself this. The distance between Cuzco and Easter Island is about 2500 miles. How did they get there? In canoes or wooden rafts?

Its simple. They used a raft made of stone. In addition to having a plant for stone softening they also had a plant for stone lightening. :innocent:

Not beyond the realm of possibility.

I'm still skeptical that they made their way across more than 2000 miles of open ocean, in their... pumice pods.

So, we must come to the logical conclusion that... it was aliens!

When in doubt .... aliens... or Atlantis.

Perhaps even aliens from Atlantis !

And scroll down to chapter XLVI.

Answer: balsa rafts.

Inca Tupac Yupanqui set out on a voyage with 20 of these rafts carrying 2000 men because of a rumour of black men arriving in a harbour at the Peruvian coast.

Is that thing seaworthy? I mean as in sailing 2000 miles on the open seas? Just asking, I have no idea.

Apparently.

The Spanish conquistadors met these rafts, and were impressed.

Why would these conquistadors lie about what they saw?
