On January 6, Mike Pence Counts EC Votes

ian hacktorp

On January 6, Mike Pence Counts Electoral Votes.

31 members have voted

  1. 1. Will he accept votes from contested states? Or will he throw them out?

    • Pence accepts contested Electoral College votes.
    • Pence rejects Electoral College votes from 7 contested states.

Recommended Posts

Sounds like Senator Ted Cruz is pushing for an emergency federal audit in the contested states.  He is saying those states' electors were not lawfully certified as required.

Perhaps the electoral votes WON'T be counted on the 6th after all:

We are still waiting for the proof of your claims pence will be arrested for treason and face a firing squad, i ask for the proof and you just troll.

All the election fraud clams since the 3rd and even things trump brayed before that have been based on no evidence to support the fraud they are yelling about so they try to put out enough smoke and mirrors to get people to look away from their lack of evidence or proof,

In turn their last ditch grasp is to have millions of honest votes thrown out for no reason and hand that state to deranged don, they dont ask for re vote because they all know don would lose even worse after all his shirking his job to golf the last few weeks.

So we will ask again show us any proof of any of your claims.

jan 6th pence gives a nod to joe bidens win and trump will kick him under a bus and tantrum hard.

Could be.

Still, it remains intriguing that the country's preeminent defamation attorney, fresh off a major, high-profile defamation case victory, is out there vigorously defaming high-profile politicians and Supreme Court Justices in a most aggressive and conspicuous manner.

If anyone knows the liability risks of such behavior, it is Lin Wood.  Yet, he appears to be not only unconcerned about his own personal liability, he seems to be openly inviting a lawsuit response, as if he has set a trap for them.  It is notable that the targets of his defamation have, so far, been utterly silent.

So, either, as you say, Wood is "just venting", and is now foolishly vulnerable to the coming defamation suits that will completely destroy his life,

or

Wood has, almost over night, lost his marbles and will soon be institutionalized for insanity,

or

Wood knows something and is being deliberately provocative in order to turn up the heat on criminal traitors and prepare the public for some very uncomfortable truths to come out.
Wood certainly understands enough about defamation laws to know that defamatory statements about someone are defensible and legal if they are true.  That's what seems to make sense at this point, at least to me.

So what happens when his predictions of arrests and executions fail?

Whoa...maybe I spoke too soon.

Now you guys have your most credible 'heavyweight' journalist finally making himself heard:

Keith Olbermann
@KeithOlbermann
10 Traitors, led by
@tedcruz
, are demanding an “emergency ten day audit of the election returns in the disputed states.”

There are no disputed states. There is only an attempted Trump coup.

I call for the arrest of
@tedcruz

@RonJohnsonWI
 and the other 8 on charges of sedition.

Hahahahaha!!

I've been following the news pretty closely on behalf of Pence's role, and I don't feel he is going to try and participate in overthrowing the election.   There has been no proven fraud in the votes, and even some of the GOP said it was the most secure election in history.    Trump and some GOP are calling for violence on Jan. 6 to stop the electors getting where they need to go, and that's criminal.   If trump were to succeed, he will be no president of mine ever.   At the RNC in 2016 trump said crime would end, make America great and safe again, yet here he is promoting crime and violence, and his GOP says Pence should go before a firing squad and shot if he won't go along with them.  Biggest hypocrites on earth.   I absolutely won't support a POTUS who advocates violence.

The violence mentioned in your MSN article was attributed to Antifa and BLM.  Those are leftist, Democrat-supported groups.

Did you even read it?

The Electoral College will determine the election outcome.   All Pence does is reveal the decision of the EC, it's just a formality.

According to some, yes.

According to others, not so much.

The VP, as President of the Senate, can, by law, only count lawfully-certified votes.

This places much more than "formality" on the VP's shoulders.

Yes, I read it, didn't you?   Trump himself is calling for violence.  The one that said Pence should be shot is GOP.

No, Trump did not call for violence.

And Lin Wood (who called for Pence's execution) has voted Democrat for most of his life.

And that evasive evidence and proof of ones claims which you keep avoiding because you have none.

There was No vote fraud Which trump himself or rather his legal team has proven with their total lack of any proof to the contrary, the election was fair and square trumps efforts showed that and pence will give biden a thumbs up.

Its fitting you shared this....

Did you even read it?

  Gohmert then seemed to encourage violence as a means to this end. “But bottom line is, the court is saying, ‘We’re not going to touch this. You have no remedy’—basically, in effect, the ruling would be that you gotta go the streets and be as violent as Antifa and BLM.”

The article said Gohmert said as violent as Antifa and BLM, not that they were allocating violence in this.

You can't see through MSN's clumsy editorializing?

Is the irony completely lost on you that the only ACTUAL violence MSN could invoke in their clumsy, pure-opinion piece is committed by leftist, Democrat-supported, domestic terrorist groups?

Please...

The article states:

You can't see through clumsy trump?   He thrives on violence.

"Trump himself has gleefully poured gasoline on the fire, tweeting his support for street protests planned for Jan. 6 in D.C., during which his supporters will reportedly try to stop lawmakers from getting to the Capitol and finalizing the election results. Pence’s role is merely a constitutional formality."

This is obviously a call to violence.

Hmmm...maybe you're right.

This could well be a case where MSN is challenging and inciting Antifa to storm the peaceful Trump gathering by falsely claiming the Trumpers are planning to block lawmakers.

You're better at this than I thought.
