I was going to say, this house burned to the ground two days after the body was found.

I saw this earlier. The teens who found the freezer and the body were out 4 wheeling when they decided to check out the house that they heard was haunted. The former tenant said the freezer belongs to his family. He had left some possessions there with the owner's permission.

When asked about the rumors of his old home being "haunted", Phillips said, "Well there was some voices in the house, it’s been like that for years. It wasn’t like it was haunted no, not haunted, but the rocking chair upstairs used to rock by itself in the middle of the night sometimes. It had some spirit about it, that’s the way I put it."
