That's where sheirff Joe Apaio had his outdoor detention center where everyone had to wear pink jumpsuits and only got 2 baloney sandwiches a day for food. The fact that the residents of the county put up with him speaks volumes. Summer in that area means 120 degrees (it is desert surrounded by asphalt).
