President Biden - Advisory Cabinet 2021

Raptor Witness

Recommended Posts

Let's pretend for a moment that we are on President Biden's cabinet.  What advice might we give him .... and this is serious advice, to defend and protect the American people in the coming year?

I will start:

1) Go bigger on stimulus payments to Americans making under $75,000 per year, and don't provide stimulus to those making over $100,000.

Also, these should be monthly payments of at least $750 per person, in each household, to last until June 2021, when you can advance another reconciliation bill, as needed.

The reason is simple, you really don't have a choice. An economic crash, especially in this polarized environment could easily to lead to violence.

Forget every other concern about why this should be done. Violence is what you're trying to prevent, and I believe it will come, if you don't act in a bigger way.

Violence will end the American Dream for everyone and I'm worried that the table is being set for this. If you fail at preventing violence, you won't be able to stop it from spreading, and you will fail as President.

You don't have a choice Mr. President. Go bigger ...

Andrew Yang has proposed a similar idea, only on a permanent basis during the presidential elections. He's running for NYC Mayor now and I suspect if he wins, he may demonstrate his $1000 dollar monthly payment plan to most New Yorkers as an example.

My reasoning has less to do with economics, and more to do with looking ahead. How could Joe Biden fail as President is the paramount question, and he will fail if there is violence.

The dynamics of a severe political divide in the middle of an economic crash, cannot be an experiment we try.

People can learn to hate the law very easily. Far more easily than is currently imagined. It’s a small step from hating government, which administers the laws, to hating the laws, themselves.

Polls show that the vast majority of Americans already hate their government, and poor handling of this pandemic is accelerating this trend.

The cushion is to show some love, some serious love, because once a nation is bankrupt in spirit, it is bankrupt in every other way.

I suspect that ths virus is designed to be a final blow. If I am correct, then it will evade our ability to control the economic damage that it causes, not just in the United States, but globally.

Worse, as already proven, the virus is evading our common sense. We will likely continue to miss the mark on its impact. So we should overestimate the impact, recognizing our present blindness, instead of imagining unwisely that our current arrogance will save U.S.

We are naturally way too overconfident about our ability to deal with this virus. A virus doesn’t have any character flaws. It doesn’t have to behave in any way that we hope or want. That’s a huge advantage. It can take advantage of stupid in exponential terms, and easily win every time that we miss the mark, even a little.

UBI is a concept we need to think about long and hard for the coming days. With automation of jobs becoming an increasing threat to lower wage jobs. If we demand that money exist....we need to address the number of jobs that will be lost to robots in the coming days. Or we need to declare that we're ok with rising crime rates and people dying of starvation is ok.

People need to be helped but it should be targeted - have a look at the job retention scheme in the UK

rather firms laying of people - they are being encouraged to furlough staff and the government and the firms paying the employee a total of 80% of their salary to a max of 2500 per month.

As for my advice

1. sit down with Iran and the powers that be - put in place signed agreements / restrictions on Uranium enrichment with full transparency and economic carrots.

2. commission a review of policing - standards, methods, training, protocols, recruitment, career management, and monitoring

3. commission a review of elections - rules, protocols, accountability, oversight and standardisation.

4 commission a review of the supreme court and the wider court system - to maximise political independence

That’s only true if we are polarized.

Even the Sons of God feared something about us, in the Book of Genesis, when we spoke one language.

That’s not arrogance speaking, that simply the truth of the phenomenon, of what we are, and what our potential is.

So why were we divided, if the consequences were so high? All the future wars, and all the bloodshed that would result. What were the consequences of humanity speaking with one language?

My guess is, the risk humanity posed, was a collective evil causing harm to a collective good.

Speaking of which, we shall soon see if a collective evil prevails in the U.S. Senate. If it does, then we are headed for more trouble ahead, by several orders of magnitude, I fear.

The results of a UBI were performed in real time last year for months in Canada. Individuals were given a choice, continue working if you're an essential worker or take the $2000 per month. Many individuals took the $2000, even when it was less then what they earn per month and we ended up with a shortage of workers.

A UBI doesn't work.  It creates an incentive not to work at all.

2) Mr. President, we could buy some time, if we could get these N 95 masks into everyone's hands.

We need to buy time for the Carpathia to arrive.

Providing these would also help underline the seriousness of wearing a mask.

Biden administration mocking Space Force today was a bad look.

If this story is true, and I don’t know that it is, here’s the problem with our claiming any part of outer space, as our territory.

This is a non-secular argument, so if you’re of a secular mind, then we can agree to disagree.

We have not been given dominion over outer space. It’s a matter of respect, for a Higher Power.

Space exploration isn’t the problem, it’s claiming it as territory that is the problem.

If you want to debate this further, then I would suggest starting a separate thread for it.

Humanism has boundaries.

So hyper inflation and the destruction of the USD is the answer?

Anyhow, my advice would be to stop the war propaganda, and get the hell out of the middle east.

Do NOT go into any agreement that will send millions of jobs over sea's and ultimately make this world MORE polluted than it already is. Like you plan to do.

Do not sign any bill that takes away the states right to hold elections the way they seem fit, especially when it basically guaranties massive voter fraud in not just the swing states like we saw in the last election, but now in all 50 states.

Stop building a massive military presents at the capital.

Shame AOC openly for lying about nazi's breaking down her office door looking to kill her. It never happened, and was used to further divide this country.

Take real questions, like why you told a crowd of people that you didn't need their votes to win this last election. What exactly did you mean in saying that?

Please, for the love of God, stop the race baiting.

Stop calling, or even allowing your minions, to call people who disagree with you politically terrorist. It just isnt true, and is doing a lot of damage to this country, and will eventually make it real.

While there is many more things I'd advise, this would be a good start.

3) Mr. President, writing new laws, designed to deal with so-called “domestic terrorists” will have the exact opposite effect. These laws will affirm the evidence in the minds of some citizens that the problem is the state, to begin with, which is sometimes the truth.

I’m sorry to say this, but people don’t hate their government without good cause. They actually have a very good reason to. The fact that a few citizens have become overzealous, because they have been lied to, should be no surprise. Misled or misinformed patriots, are still patriots.

Counter intelligence, performed on U.S. citizens by their own government invites the intervention of a Higher Power in some cases, because the state doesn’t know who has the support of said Higher Power.

Watching some of these retired FBI specialists, chomping at the bit, to tear into the flesh of US citizens, is one of the more disgusting things that we’ve seen lately.

The solution, is better education, it’s always been education. Take the money some want to spend on spying on Americans, and help educate Americans. Help build us up, help build our intelligence and you won’t need to counter anything. We have plenty of existing laws to deal with the relative handful that have truly bad intentions.

Mr. President, you have a unique chance to show a stark contrast between good government and bad government.

Finally, please consider a pardon for Edward Snowden, because he was an educator, acting on behalf of a Higher Power.

4) Mr. President, during your speech at the State Department today, you mentioned that you would cease all U.S. offensive support for the war in Yemen, including weapons sales.

Then you followed up with a statement, saying that you would continue U.S. support for our friend, Saudi Arabia.

My strong advice, would be that if you wish to help “our friends,” that you donate any weapons they need, rather than selling these “friends” the weapons of violence that they think they need.

The sale of weapons of violence for profit, is a key identifier for something, which you don’t want to be a part of.

Something which has a powerful adversary, who is already positioned above the United States, and whose fingerprints are already all over this pandemic. Someone who can block every move that you want to make, or who can relax his hand and allow the healing of our nation.

If we can’t afford to give away weapons of violence, please don’t sell them. It’s the profit that’s the problem.

Perhaps can change the ending of this coronal hurricane forecast.

I’m sure the NSA can help explain the conceptual rarity, as well as decipher the signals intelligence between Heaven and Earth.

...... a gasping human being, caught in a coronal storm. This is not a regular hurricane, is it?

I keep asking them for a corner office, over on Meade Olympus, and they keep gasping at me, like a baby robin fed too much bread and water.

Remind me to tell you the story about my first true act of charity on Earth, sometime, because it came with a signal of intelligence from beyond the sky.

5) Mr. President, the odds were very much against this forecast being correct. Not just in terms of the correct continent, but country name.

Coronavirus African Variant Forecast

Were there any U.S. intelligence briefs pointing at Africa this early? What about scientific briefs?

So how is it possible that the first mutation to reportedly evade one of our vaccines, would, in fact come from South Africa?

Perhaps the information below is a helpful brief, even now .... which can help lead the way out of the pandemic.

Yesterday, I received a spiritual message from the Destroying Angel. By "spiritual" I mean that no words were spoken, or voices heard, but the message came in a brief vision of sorts, combined with a feeling. It was a very clear message, but not particularly moving or emotional in nature. The message indicated this entity is currently taking a new position in the sky, above the United States. "I stand ready," was the message that was made clear to me, as if to assure me ....

A mutation to silence those, already dead, and to cast swine before pearls.

In the dream of only last night, men said to me, we offer you credit for what you have not completed; but I answered, “no,” without speaking a word, that I should continue the course.

Edited January 26, 2020 by Raptor Witness

The item of most interest to me, would be the silencing of those “already dead.”

“Silencing those already dead,” is a very strange thing to say, in any context or conceptual argument. Can the dead speak to U.S. or not?

In other words, perhaps they can ... in some way.

Also, the curious antithetical argument of casting swine before pearls, as opposed to the proverbial reverse of this that we normally hear.

First, I think what this is saying, is that we need to reverse course, with respect to two key recommendations, or we are already dead, by the “pearls” already published.

So any hope of restoration, may not be possible using our vaccines, alone.

Second, perhaps the dead do have something else to say to U.S., and we need to be looking more closely at the dead for some of our answers to the mutations that are occurring.

I think we may be missing something because we’re not looking at the dead, closely enough, and not just dead human beings but dead and living animals who may have also contracted this virus.

Look more closely at the animals, for pearls. Perhaps we need to develop vaccines which will cover both ourselves and the animals this virus can infect.

Let the well funded experts, now Google in quotation marks:

"If you ever hear thunder before you see the flash, it means you're already dead."

I haven't read Yang's response to that, but the responses I have seen from lay people is "if they want employees they should pay more than to make it worth it" ( refering to minimum wage, low pay employes)

Which on one hand I get and on the other hand feel like it would just further incentiveize/accelerate automation.

I'm also always curious what the plan is for paying for UI would be.

6) Mr. President, this respiratory virus seems to be following a similar macro trend that we saw in 1918, where the more virulent forms become predominant.

Given the similar path, is it truly wise to be opening up schools, when infection is easier?

From a political standpoint, of course opening up schools is key, but what is the price we pay, if these new mutations or variants are more contagious, and therefore, more deadly due to their wider spread?

What may seem politically expedient, may in fact turn out to be historically incorrect, and more politically damaging.

Viewing this virus as a purely random force of nature, is incorrect. Survival of the fittest, in fact, imparts cognition to any substance. Survival is thought, so we must counter this simple thought by imagining that our brains are superior substances.

Opening up the schools, with these new variants floating around, could invite new forms of fitness in this virus.

After vaccinating  those 65 and older, I would shift to the opposite end of the spectrum and begin vaccinating school-age and up. Close your nursery schools, kindergarten, and preschools. Start with vaccinating first grade, teachers, and up to high school, and then begin again with you’re 60 and up. The colleges can continue more or less remotely, as this is where socialization is far less important. Laboratories and things such as this, would need to be postponed.

This virus knows who doesn’t care about transmission, because its fitness tells it that.

Greater transmissibility(fitness) + those who don’t care about transmission due to their youth = a potential disaster.

7) Mr President, keep our troops in Afghanistan, but at a minimal level.

The reason is simple, they are now dependent upon U.S. for stability.

8) Prepare for climate change, but do not conduct beach renourishment. Let the ocean reclaim the buildings by the sea, as a reminder of our casual arrogance.

Do not allow national flood insurance to be sold on any ocean front homes, or buildings, within an annual tidal range, zone.

Do not fund the raising of any roads adjacent to the sea. Let the ocean reclaim these.

Mother Earth has been instructed to reject all U.S. endeavors to renourish our beaches, and she will counter U.S. with fervent action, if we do this.

This rejection will be more costly than allowing her to reclaim these structures.

8) Mr President, the recent failure of the FBI to counter the insurrection at our Capitol, cannot be washed away with a three hour hearing before Congress by FBI director Christopher Wray.

The truth is, the FBI is a failed organization and agency, which includes 911, and a number of other failures.

The FBI has lost all credibility, and should be dissolved and disbanded, and replaced with a new agency, which is dedicated to the American people, and not their own misguided, corrupt agenda.

The truth is, your predecessor was able to abuse not only his oath of office, but he was able to abuse and harm the American people.

If you fail to uncover the truth, regarding this abuse, you will fail historically as President, and condemn the United States to danger on a scale never imagined by any government in the history of mankind.

It is insufficient, to simply remove a bad President. You must uncover and bring to light the failure of the state itself, and put into place new safeguards, which assumes that an even larger threat could occupy the White House, someday.

The republic will fail, if you fail to take action to correct what has happened.

Democratic ideas and principles should evolve, to consider new technology, not as a threat, but as a faster way to communicate misinformation.

For example, science and religion should not be opposing forces, when it comes to a pandemic. That is a failure, which should never be repeated.

911 is under the FCC for emergency services... it's not part of the FBI. And suggesting considering new tec to provide a faster way to communicate misinformation is just plain ludicrous. Misinformation should be curtailed, not encouraged to be communicated with greater speed. Religion should have no part in our government, particularly not as part of the governments pandemic response.

I think you misunderstand my suggestions. 9/11 isn’t just a phone number, and I think you know that. That failure, coupled with the Capitol insurrection, are unacceptable. Institutional failure must be recognized as a matter of fact problem, or the republic also fails as an institution.

I’m also not suggesting that misinformation be curtailed, but simply countered in a new way, especially when the government itself, becomes the supplier of misinformation. The impeachment failed. In fact, the source of the misinformation, protected the President. Thus, the republic clearly failed as an institution. The unusual number of deaths, as a result of this pandemic, especially when compared to all of Asia, are staring U.S. in the face.

Science isn’t the government per se. Misinformation was improperly, or insufficiently countered by the Free Press. So we may need a new institution to help U.S. Perhaps science could at least be co-equal to both religion and government. Certainly in case of a pandemic. The CDC, clearly failed The People. So perhaps science should be granted additional emergency powers in a pandemic or similar crisis.

When the republic fails The People, tough questions must be asked, as a simple matter of self-preservation.

President Biden has a unique opportunity to help steer the republic towards long-term safety.
