Pickles demonstrates_{to me} the steady practice of a focused pursuit arriving at an intended result.

Split, and her split focus, meandering from notion to notion delays such arrival, yet will eventually arrive I expect.

 

Neither are wrong.  But the experience of either is profoundly different.

 

I'm reminded of folks who dedicate themselves to one lineage of meditation and cultivation, and pursue it steadily; versus those who leap from practice to practice, lineage to lineage sampling here and there.

What the woman in the video is not telling us is that she's aiming a rifle at the hare, so all the hare is focussed on is trying to hide.
