But there was nothing about not putting it on your hair. So how could she have possibly known to not do that? Yeah, we're doomed as a species. 1

+susieice Posted February 12, 2021 #59 Share Posted February 12, 2021 (edited) Here she is after the surgery. I had noticed the mega eyelashes before, but look at the nails on this woman. I still can't believe she was upset for not saving her ponytail after that doctor went through 4 hours of surgery to help her save what she has without charge. She got something like 13 thousand dollars from gofundme donors who felt sorry for her. She seems a bit narcissistic and I hope she thinks next time before she does something like this again. Her scalp is very sensitive so I hope she heeds medical advise before she has more problems. I won't feel sorry for her again. And what do they mean by her manager? https://www.etonline.com/tessica-brown-undergoes-surgery-to-finally-remove-gorilla-glue-from-her-hair-160454 Her manager, Gina Rodriguez, exclusively tells ET that the procedure was a success, and that Dr. Michael Obeng was "able to remove all of the Gorilla Glue out of her hair." +susieice Posted February 12, 2021 #62 Share Posted February 12, 2021 (edited) Here's the doctor who did it. He says she has a lot of irritation and how lucky she is that she didn't sustain a lot of injuries to her scalp. I hope she listens to him and does what he says. She's got some healing to do. https://nypost.com/2021/02/11/this-is-the-doc-who-fixed-gorilla-glue-girl-tessica-browns-hair/ Edited February 12, 2021 by susieice 3
Eldorado Posted February 13, 2021 #63 Share Posted February 13, 2021 Prankster who stuck cup to face for ‘Gorilla Glue challenge’ ends up at A&E Lenise Martin, also originally from Louisiana, believed the TikTok influencer exaggerated claims she required a surgeon to unstick her hair, and set-out to prove Ms Brown wrong. A Facebook video showed the 37 year-old prankster apply the same Gorilla Glue used by Ms Brown to the rim of a plastic cup, which he then stuck to his face, and covered his nose. According to reports, the video ended when Mr Martin appeared to realise that the cup was stuck to his face - causing him to attend an emergency room, where the cup was carefully peeled off his face. He has been told to cover his lips until the skin is heeled. MSN report 2

glorybebe Posted February 20, 2021 Author #68 Share Posted February 20, 2021 Why does it have to come down to colour? A PERSON was stupid enough to use gorilla glue on their hair and try to blame the makers of the product. After all the publicity, she must have realized accepting the donations would be in poor taste. https://people.com/health/woman-gorilla-glue-hair-surgeon-is-miracle-worker/
