I have no intention of wasting my time with anyone here who rejects the very premise of Trump having been cheated or that Democrat governors have used this virus for political ends. Believe as you will, frankly, I don't give a damn what you folks believe or not. Maybe they have. But the fact remains that new case numbers are falling, in both red and blue states. In some cases the decrease started in November, in others December and in others January. The same is happening in plenty of countries around the world - Argentina, Germany, the UK, Israel, Japan and South Korea among them. Sure, not many people have yet been vaccinated. But if the decrease in new cases is not down to measures like mask-wearing, hand-washing and social distancing, then it suggests the success of the vaccines has been in them being given to the two major groups of people among whom the vaccine has spread the most - the elderly and health care workers. In other words, this is a medical solution to a medical problem, not a new conspiracy theory. 3 Top
