Anyone at all? I mean, when security knows to avoid certain areas of the building because thar’s where the trysts occur, or allow men to escort obviously drunken women into the offices, there’s something rotten in the state of Denmark. Actually, I'm a little surprised insofar as human nature will allow. Sexual harassment has been grounds for dismissal since the 1980s. I knew a male that was dismissed. None of my workmates saw anything wrong with the decision. However, the suspicion of bias in certain selection processes still existed. And the proposition of arrangement is not surprising. I wonder if the CPSU can categorise the circumstances in thst level of detail.

People who’ve never been told no or suffered censure for their actions escalate until stopped, that’s human nature as well.

I find it surprising that 52% of PS employees answered they were uninformed about what constitutes sexual harassment behaviour. 20 years ago I didn't find this the case. Maybe the CPSU has less visibility. But I would say that the frequncy of workplace romances may make it difficult for an external party ti recognise. The PS has had the policy for decades where Parliament hasn't.

Work place romances in my industry are grounds for immediate transfer of personnel.
