The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming. Anyone who wants to track us can already do that because we take our pocket computers (called phones) with us everywhere, some even wear a watch linked to their phone 24 hours a day (fit bit, apple watch etc.) So was that a joke or do your really believe in that chip?
