“We’re losing the battle”; Ontario Premier

Recommended Posts

Eldorado

The Ontario government has unveiled several new COVID-19 restrictions aimed at curbing record-high cases in the province, including increased police powers, provincial border checkpoints and restricting outdoor gatherings.

Premier Doug Ford made the announcement at Queen’s Park Friday afternoon. “The reality is there are few options left.”

Ford announced an extension of Ontario’s state of emergency and provincewide stay-at-home order until at least May 20 in line with recommendations made by doctors and scientists earlier in the day.

Yes, we are losing thanks to His poor judgment and to bowing down to large corporations. Last year I was praising Him and Trudeau. And they did a remarkable job. Now, both of them are all Trumplike figures, just talk and nothing else. We need a Canadian Biden to guide us.

In the original lock down a month ago - nothing was really closed except restrictions on small business. Malls were open and full. Now Ford closed in on a "harder" lock down buy closing OUTSIDE construction while keeping all inside manufacturing open - where we have the biggest cases because companies don't follow recomendations. Parks and Golfcourses were initially off limits but it was reversed today, while big box stores inside still operate. How stupid is that? You either make it tough for everyone or let everything go. What is Ford afraid off? Walmart? Closing small Canadian retailers who comply with the rules better than anyone else, but keeping foreign big stores open?

Doug, from hero to zero, that fast.

Raptor Witness

A clear example of how human arrogance destroys all who deny what has come.

Google in quotes "The peril to come will be directly proportional to the denial of the power at hand"

It’s like “to be or not to be ...”
