If they want to use a probe to detect a civilization with an advanced capable of interplanetary flight, they might put it in a retrograde orbit, out in the Kuiper Belt, as an anomaly worthy of exploration.

The 'Black Knight' satellite? Some people say it's an extraterrestrial spacecraft. NASA says it's probably just space junk. :unsure2:

They are probing, because they need to make way, for a intersteller highway. We have been warned !! It happens in 42 days....I know this, from a guy, from Betelgeuse...

Of course, the possibility that that such a probe could popup in our system cannot be 100% excluded even if the chance is very little (but you never know). Within the last 100 (or so) years, we were capable to extend our technical development from very simple things up to unmanned probes which are heading, partly without function  and not designed for that far operation, interstellar space.

Taking the age/size of the Universe and the infinite number of exoplanets into account, the probability is given that there is an uncounted number of civilizations out there. Some might have reached space travel status already, some might be millions of years ahead of us so its likely that even the advanced ones started like we did with probes like the Voyagers and Pioneers, possibly resulting into a lot of such devices out there.

I estimate the probability of probes which were/are sent heading our system on purpose as to be very low and the probability that such devices got/will get catched by our systems gravitation by chance as to be given. It could have happened 5 minutes ago or can happen in 1054747847 years.

Thats the real stuff and not fuzzy blob images, rubber alienz and "testimonies" by drunken farmers and "former NASA emplyees" yadayada.
