Judge Says Barr Misled on How His Justice Dept. Viewed Trump’s Actions

Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the United States District Court in Washington said in a ruling late Monday that the Justice Department’s obfuscation appeared to be part of a pattern in which top officials like Mr. Barr were untruthful to Congress and the public about the investigation. The department “has been disingenuous to this court with respect to the existence of a decision-making process that should be shielded by the deliberative process privilege

At issue is how Mr. Barr handled the end of the Mueller investigation and the release of its findings to the public. In March 2019, the office of the special counsel overseeing the inquiry, Robert S. Mueller III, delivered its report to the Justice Department.

Bats, all the old Rats that worked for Trump are being outed, Rudy Guliani is under Federal Investigation for doing Business with Foreign Countries illegible. Now Barr is being outed because he took charge of the Russian Investigation results and lied to  Congressional Subcommittees about the finding s of the Mueller Report. As time go's by all these enablers who allowed Trump to violate Constitutional law, and turned their heads to his other criminal activities are all being exposed for what they have done.

Take care Bats

Its a dam shame, that these people violated the trust of the American people like they did. Hopefully, they will finally be made to pay for their crimes.

Take care my friend

It seems doubtful.

We have transitioned from arguing about values, policies, taxes, and foreign involvement  into a disagreement about the very nature of reality itself.   Facts have been overshadowed by belief and opinion.

Well, you certainly may be right my Tate. But, I can still dream that America will wake up and see the last 4 years for what they really have been!!:tu:

Haven't seen you around much lately, hope all is well my friend!:tu:
