A classic example,  Mitch wants to pay for infrastructure with higher gas taxes and user fees.  Who does that hit the most?  He refuses to raise corporate taxes,  Amazon is one prime example of a company that is heavily dependent on infrastructure, including the power grin and internet.

I would be overjoyed if they did not change the rate but closed the loopholes and collected back taxers. Ted Cruz even claims Republicans are not going to do that anymore.  I won't hold my breath.

The Republicans can claim Democrats want socialism.  It seems Republicans want a return to elite dominated fuedalism.
