'Ghost' photographed on bench in haunted park

Looks like she probably has her legs folded underneath her on the bench.  As far as the transparent figure to her left who can say?

What 'transparent figure to her left' are you talking about?

To her left there are some weird artifacts that look a bit like a figure.  https://sea.mashable.com/culture/16081/woman-finds-creepy-figure-sitting-alone-in-singapore-park-during-late-night-run

Fun one to program into the old Papameter.

Why would she take a picture of such a mundane thing? Could it be this think radiated the creeps in a way we can't relive from a photograph? It's hardly attention arresting enough to be worthy of using the photo for a scam ghost picture.

The name whispering suggests paranormal.

The apparent paranormal reputation of the park plays into the meter as multiple cases become harder to dismiss.

The missing legs are suspicious of the paranormal (although cross legged is a reasonable natural explanation).

Her desire to take this public suggests she was affected by more than we can see in the photograph.

I see a bad quality picture taken at night of a very normal woman with feet partially obscured by the bench legs sitting on a bench. She says she took it because "the woman was alone staring at a lake" - yeah, no LIVING person would do that. Besides, she wasn't alone - the woman taking the picture was there too, all by herself. Duh. Too bad the girl on the bench didn't take a picture of the other woman, we could have TWO dumb ghost pics.

Nothing strange here. So stupid.

Looks like a large raven or buzzard sitting on top of the park bench.  Nothing to see here people.  Move along.

If you have a camera that only takes very dark, fuzzy, blurred, out of focus, or other photo defective images;
please throw it away.

I think governments should start a camera buy back campaign.
Let's rid the world of this bane to mankind.

Some people just need to be alone. No real evidences of anything amiss here.

I agree with the general consensus here that it isn't clear enough to draw any sort of conclusion as to what you are seeing. At first glance, it does look like someone with long dark hair sitting there. On second look it is indistinct enough to possibly be any number of things as mentioned. The dark plays a lot of games with things that you see.
