Waspie_Dwarf Posted June 17, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2021 Well I've carried on playing with time-lapse photography, and with every I attempt I get a little more satisfied with the results. This video is the view from my front door of sunrise yesterday (16th June 2021). I rather like it, but then I'm rather biased. Once again, all constructive comments and suggestions are welcome. 5
+OverSword Posted June 17, 2021 #2 Share Posted June 17, 2021 On NHK (Japanese public television broadcast locally here in the my area) they actually have a short program I believe called time lapse. The creator of these short videos uses one of these motorized sliding camera stands and it really makes the videos more interesting https://www.photographytalk.com/time-lapse-photography-gear-tips

You have a slight advantage having a view of Mt. Rainier, I have an O.A.P. retirement home. I was lucky enough to visit Washington State and British Colombia (although more than 30 years ago now). You live in a beautiful part of the world.

Yes, and I am very lucky to work in a tall building with a view.

I have a 2007 canon g9 that produces decent time lapse, it saves getting technical with video editing software.
