are you talking about the ending of scenario 2 in RE2? yeah that song was cool. i wouldnt mind getting the RE or SH tracks. they have good songs in them. one time i downloaded the SH theme song. its better longer. how much are the games soundtracks?

Bloody-Disgusting reports that the film based on the popular and absolutely terrifying videogame franchise 'Silent Hill' directed by Christophe Gans, will be shot in a derelict-looking part of southern Ontario, Canada.

I live in southern Ontario! haha.

The city,  Brantford, will be transformed into Silent Hill for the shooting and making of the movie, due it it's derelict-like appearance and quite backstreets.

The movie will be called 'Silent Hill: Centralia' it seems.

Centralia’s storyline is a “hodge podge” of the plots from Silent Hill I and II. It centres on a woman who, desperate to save her dying child, takes the girl to a faith healer in the town of Silent Hill. There, the mother “finds herself trapped in an alternate reality as she searches for her daughter in a dangerous world of demons.”

I live in Brantford..and..

I went for a walk to our downtown today, and well, it looks better now than it did before. No more painted pieces of plywood with silhouette people up on all the empty stores. I just hope they don't put them back up, once the filming is over.

Yeah!!!

I'm debating weather to merge this with the Silent Hill thread or not. I think maybe we should leave it, and post all news about the movie, pics etc here, make it easier to sort through, and use the other topic just for the games.

Most recently added to the cast is Fellowship of the Ring co-star Sean Bean, who played Boromir. He'll be playing Rose's husband.

Sounds awesome, thanks for the info. I do wnder why everything seems to be made in Canada of late, like the new George Romero movie - Land of the Dead - is it because filming costs are cheaper or something???
