N.Y. State Court suspends Giuliani from practicing Law

A New York state court has suspended Rudy Giuliani from practicing law after concluding that he made false statements alleging rampant fraud to try to overturn former President Donald Trump's loss in the 2020 election.

In a 33-page decision released Thursday, a New York state appellate court said there was "uncontroverted evidence" that Giuliani "communicated demonstrably false and misleading statement to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump's failed effort at reelection in 2020."

This just made my day!!!!!

You reap what you sow, now if he is found guilty on the Federal Charges he will hopefully get to spend sometime with the Insurrections he help send to the Capital on 6 Jan 2021.  The only sad thing is the fact that Trump will not be locked up along with him!!

There is still common sense and Justice in America I was beginning to wonder!!

First he didn’t lie about anything. Second if lawyers are no longer allowed to lie than 90% of them should be stopped from practicing law. 
 

Won’t matter much I imagine once this gets out of the activist court and into a real one.
