Trump's Big Lie about 2020 results suffers legal and political blows in key swing states (msn.com)

It was a bad week for the Big Lie -- former President Donald Trump and his allies' false claims that widespread fraud is to blame for his 2020 election loss.

In one battleground state, Republican senators issued a report that eviscerated Trump's lies about voter fraud. In another, a judge undercut Trump's supporters' hopes to examine nearly 150,000 mail-in ballots. And one of Trump's closest allies, Rudy Giuliani, was suspended from practicing law in New York.

Meanwhile, back in Maricopa, the audit is complete and the report is due as early as this week.  IF the results agree with the dogma being pushed by the Left then a lot of us will begin to reassess the claims of fraud.  The reason being that THIS audit was done according to a very transparent methodology where every action taken with the physical ballots was taken with video recording from multiple angles.  ALL of it.

OTOH... if tens of thousands of those ballots are found to be tainted or spoiled due to being Xeroxed or mass-printed with machine pre-marked selections and other little "irregularities" such as mail-in ballots that have no "folds" then other Republican state legislatures may begin their own audits.  Those on the Left shouldn't believe that anyone expects them to accept these results.  We don't CARE what they accept or reject.  Those state legislatures have about 14-16 months left to assess how the cheating was accomplished and then pass laws that plug those "holes".  If they choose, as Michigan seems to have done, to refuse to audit or tighten security then they can stand in front of their voters and answer for that.  Dem supporters seem to enjoy pointing out how this or that "Republican" body disagreed with Trump supporters as though Republicans are still one unified party.  They obviously aren't.  The GOP establishment, AKA RINOs, never accepted Trump and barely acted like they supported him.  Beginning in 2022, we will see which voter base is more energized, the RINOs or the Trump Republicans.  IF that election is not disputed on the Right and the RINOs win then Trump will fade away.  If Cheney, and her soul mates in the establishment are shown the door, 2024 could be a really bad year for Dems.

The caterwauling from the Democrats concerning these election security measures clearly shows they are concerned that the light is being shined directly on their actions in a way that will cause it to be far more difficult to repeat 2020.  That level of noise will only increase, the closer we get to 2022 because by then they KNOW the state of the economy is going to be uniformly awful and other aspects of "quality of life" issues are apt to be dreadful as well.  The 25-50 age group of suburban women will have had a chance to assess how their stance against the "mean Tweeter" left them.  There will be NO Bad Orange Man on the ticket next year.  They'll have had 2 years of watching a senile old fool stumble around and embarrass all who voted for him.  Many of them will also be dealing with serious damage to household budgets and even a new level of anxiety or outright fear due to the lawlessness in the Bluetopias.

Are you capable of telling the truth?

Quote

Bennett said the lab has data downloaded from the hard drives Maricopa County used in the election, which he says they physically picked up and drove to Montana. He said it may or may not include voter registration data, and some of it could be sensitive. He says Cyber Ninjas picked CyFIR to review the data.

Is the video accessible to all the public or just select auditors?  During the election, poll watchers complained if they were not right on the floor with the counters.  Here the observers watched with binoculars from the peanut gallery.  Is that incorrect, just media biased reporting or true?

The audit was suspended and had to move due to event scheduling.  If people get upset by ballots in boxes under the counting table, what precautions are made when ballots are shipped to another sit by truck?   Can they not do a switcharoo during transport?

If it was an audit, it seems less than ideally impartial and transparent.

Cyber Ninjas firm recounting Arizona election ballots wants methods kept secret (fox10phoenix.com)

PHOENIX - A contractor hired by Arizona’s state Senate to oversee the recount of 2.1 million ballots from November’s election in the county that includes the metro Phoenix area wants a judge to keep secret its methods for ensuring ballot privacy.

That does not sound like "transparancy."

And if proven beyond all doubt to be yet another lie in a long list of lies you will continue to parade it as truth

Almost anyone on the planet would make a better POTUS than that lying orangutan.

You care about bucking the system. Not much else. Probably because you are old and angry.

Guys Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the most powerful duo in all of American politics. The absolute cream of the crop. Yes, I know Kamala was the lowest ranked candidate and yes of course Joe is completely unremarkable and obviously status quo but let's not dwell on that. These two motivated more Americans to get out and vote then any other candidate, ever. You thought Obama was popular? He's got nothing on *snip* Biden. So just stop saying this was a rigged election. Just stop.

Spoiler

Even if this was a legitimate election, I'll never let you forget that the person you voted for is more racist, more misogynistic, more damaging to minorities and much less popular than the "bad orange man" that made you seethe. The country is doing worse by nearly every metric. Congratulations - you played yourself.

Have we any news on Arizona yet?

The only way to avoid fake votes being spotted is to remove them, creating a huge difference in total votes vs still existing votes.

won't matter - an audit to find a pre determined outcome, run by people with zero  expertise in auditing elections determined to find (fabricate) a particular result, will find no traction outside of like minded individuals.

Y'do know this is the first time they've done rank choice voting, yes? My guess is someone fouled up the processing, besides, if they DID intend to cheat, would they /really/ have tweeted about it?

Is seems like they implemented a new "ranked choice" system and ran test ballots to see if it worked, then forget to clear the computer before the primary.   Bit weird that issues with Democrats can be caught and identified whereas Republicans still can't demonstrate where the system went wrong in their cases.

Hmm. Another loss: Judge rejects Arizona Senate's bid to dismiss lawsuit seeking Maricopa audit records (msn.com)

Apparently a left leaning group (American Oversight) sued Arizona for the results and records of the Maricopa audit that the Arizona Senate contested by saying it wasn't covered by public records laws because a third party contractor (cyberninjas) did it.  The judge rejected that claim by the Senate.

So what happened with the audit ?

I don't say this to you as a "I told you so haha".

I just want to point out that it's all BS. Yet again no fraud found. You guys are being mislead.

And I agree 100% with the Judge. If it was left to stand, then any agency could hire a "third party" and shield itself from Freedom of information laws. It was silly to start with, in this regard.
