This person was on a flight going to different places in Mexico. They witnessed a white object moving at the same speed as the aircraft. The person recorded it for a long time before it disappeared behind the clouds.

From the angle of the video it could simply be something relatively stationary floating below the clouds or on the surface of ocean below…

The video certainly doesn’t show it moving at the same speed as the aircraft, it moves slowly out of view and could be stationary at a distance.

May not be on the ocean. All white could be an observatory on top of a mountain. It certainly isn't aircraft shaped.

NO.  That's 100% false.  It is in fact 'moving' at exactly the same speed as the other 'features' (earth, clouds?) below - there are several moments when you can see those features are clearly 'moving' at exactly the same rate - moving relative to the aircraft., not in its own right.  You can see it is drifting backwards and ends up behind the engine, just as happens to ground features.  This is something at ground or rather sea level or perhaps near a much lower layer of clouds.

It could be as simple as a small rocky outcrop / island with breaking whitewater around it, illuminated by sunlight - here's an area just off the Mexico coast showing exactly that effect.
