Not yours? Of course! We all have our own experiences. That's why no one experience can be trusted. Man is not the measure of all things, that's why we never ascertain anything as being true, absolutely, on mere personal experiences. Sure some of us may have some common experiences, but what does that mean? Commonality is not a good indicator of truth. Take Hendrix's Experience, although it's Bob Dylan's song, it took Jimmy to put soul into All along the Watchtower. If those actions of thought, speech, and deed, are more towards the selfless, kind, generous variety, then the chances of a successful meditation are greatly enhanced, although not guaranteed.

I myself drink Miller High-life. My meditation may be a little tipsy, but eventually I sober up to the truth, as Miller does make us high, and lively. Provided we have plenty to meditate on.
