Man Cuts Off Penis And Throws It At Police During High-Speed Chase

Law enforcement officers in Tennessee were shocked when 39-year-old Tyson Gilbert cut off his penis and threw it at police during a high-speed chase on Highway 70. Gilbert claimed that voices coming in over the car radio ordered him to perform the vile act.

The previous offences not disclosed in the article included four counts of attempted car theft, and resisting arrest. He stated, according to police, that he was on a mission to save the world. Don't know if he was high on drugs and/or mentally unstable, but the story is really quite sad actually. Thankfully no one else was hurt.
