Drones are very noisy and may appear as some weird and agressive bird. No wonder these ravens attacked it. 2 Top
jethrofloyd Posted September 28, 2021 #4 Share Posted September 28, 2021 It's all OK until ravens get in the Hitchcock's 'Birds' mode. 3 Top

They chase you off because you are a human. It's not rocket science.

That's why many crows migrate to cities where they feel more safe. Despite that, they still don't trust people one bit, and will try to chase them off during breeding time. An understandable behaviour.

It's got nothing to do with humans, they chase every other kind of animal off. Seen them dive bombing dogs.

pallidin Posted September 29, 2021 #11 Share Posted September 29, 2021 When I fly my drone (DJI Mavic Air 2) I try to be cautious around birds, especially raptors.

Silver Posted October 12, 2021 #14 Share Posted October 12, 2021 I hope they don't start culling the birds for acting like birds.
Jon the frog Posted October 15, 2021 #15 Share Posted October 15, 2021 Drone propellers can cut stuff up... it's dangerous for the raven to attack it, interesting that they attack the tail !
curiouse Posted October 18, 2021 #16 Share Posted October 18, 2021 You can’t blame the Crow. We are seeing the future people! I’m sure in time those buzzing drones will be buzzing everywhere, delivering junk to us.
