simplybill Posted October 1, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 1, 2021 Thanks for posting this, WVK. It’s wonderful news to wake up to. This quote from the article got my attention: ”The study tracked 775 adults with mild-to-moderate COVID-19 who were considered higher risk for severe disease due to health problems such as obesity, diabetes or heart disease.” Merck & Co. gets my vote for the Nobel Prize in Medicine.

Silver Posted October 1, 2021 #4 Share Posted October 1, 2021 I had my booster this morning- so that's three doses of Pfizer vaccine. The injection is no problem, but an oral preparation would save travelling, so it is welcome news.
