That explains the odds shift from the bookmakers. Currently Trump is the $1.62 favourite, with Kamala Harris next in line @ $5, followed by Joe Biden @ $8.50. 

But nary a day goes by without a dramatic shift at the moment, so I think the markets are probably a little too volatile right now to settle on any clear data, except the broadest strokes (ie, the democrats are in real trouble).

I wonder who these mystery people are who are really close up to people like joey or Donny and run to spew things to press? Last one I read was how devastating it was to don both daughter and wife turned their backs on him.

I've been wondering why convicted felon man and magaT are so down right desperate grasping for sleep Joe to drop out,
They must know that the amount of people voting for Joe because that want him aren't all that many more people than the amount of magaT supporters wanting BOM so why do they want jojo out of the race so badly?
In both 2016 and 2020 CFM lost popular vote which deeply stings him to this day and is a reflection on his lack of popularity,  heck even his wife and daughter turned backs.
Most know 2024 isn't a case of a great candidate winning because they are best for the country but rather a case like 2020 where Americans are faced with which is less worse for the country, we were shown 2020 what we knew CFM is far worse for the country hence booted out and four years later he hasn't improved any but gotten far worse, even has a conviction under his belt, is that a clue why magaT so desperately want Joey to drop one? Maybe.
It's very obvious that tRump and magaT are terrified of that tired old man Joe, Perhaps tRump and his subjects know just how bad it is for their chances and they are dreaming the Dems will replace joey with someone more hated and worse for the country than tRump now that would be tough one to find but magaT gotta grasp and hope, they know played out sore loser cries of fraud will be laughed at hard this time,
So when a named accredited source publishes that Joe is stepping down and they go on to name who is replacing him then I will revisit the subject but for now my question is answered.

$5 trillion is more than a whole fiscal year of Federal Income. ($4.5 trillion in FY 2023) Including SSI tax.

Where did he get that number?

I'm sure the GOP media, AND the Liberal media will be all asking shortly.

Im not sure what's more funny: Biden now saying he's staying as the Dems nominee or all the Dems freaking out wanting him to step down. 

They created this albatross and now they're stuck with it.  Much like most Progressive Liberal ideas/policies. 

They remind me of people who when renovating their house cannot envision what certain products will eventually look like in their house like new paint, tile, window blinds, etc... so they finally make the choice, have the work done and then regret making that choice.

Bottom line is Biden wants to tax the rich , meaning corporations in many cases. Trump want to give tax breaks to the corporations. Follow the money.

The detractors are not going to be swayed. That whole interview was directed at the undecideds.  Just about every question was answered by Biden  reciting his accomplishments.  He seemed old but not senile.  It was well structured to reveal little and be a 28 minute Biden commercial.

You were not being targeted by the interview, it was the 3-5 undecideds that will outweigh your vote   How many have been eased  from their concerns? 

And then the kicker was when George said Trump had been invited to an identical interview, and had turned it down.  There again, it not you being able to rationalize Trump not accepting. There are a lot of reasons in reality.  But undecideds heard that Trump would not expose himself as Biden did.

Somehow I doubt that, Trump doesn't turn down media interviews. He relishes in the spotlight. He's also sat down and done an interview with George before. Sounds more like ABC simply stirring the pot. Trump will bite and accept the interview IMO.
