My area has the plastic cans and the one driver truck too , and guess what ,i live in a blue state,but we have some room where i live .  The issue with NY trash is not left or right. It's the super dense population and the conundrum of a large amount of plastic bins lining streets , where cars are parked , bike lanes and a myriad of other obstacles. And no where to put the bins when it is not collection days. Try running one of those trucks with the arm up and down the streets to get all the cans in between all the cars and meters and whatever else. When the bags are out , the trash man can go around the cars and grab them and throw them on the truck. The arm don't do that. Most places left or right , that have some room use the bins, the trash situation in NY has been a difficult thing to solve for a long time. Chicago in comparison has alleys , bins are there in most cases , no parking in the alleys.

Hmmm... These are all good points to consider. The bigger the city the bigger the logistics.  Perhaps one extra worker to work with the truck driver/arm operator to move/roll(the bins have wheels on one side) the bins into a better position.

Interesting article by Snopes but while she did say taking a showers with father may be deemed not appropriate she does not say he molested her. However, she does say that she was very uncomfortable staying with other relatives but no names are mentioned. So, Unlike you I will not judge him an incestuous father like you choose to do. I will say though I don’t agree with him showering with her and under no circumstances would I have ever have showered with my own daughter.

The circumstances are what matter here. 

The shower could be with swimmers on. Any inappropriate thought could have been Ashley's. 

There are many aspects nobody knows about, what we do know is Ashley wrote the diary as an adult with serious issues, which she had admitted to and why she says this is embarrassing and an attack on her personally.

Everything else is in people's minds. Easy to make it sound bad but the reality is we know nothing. Personally I would find the poster that keeps saying that what happened was indeed sexual has a sick mind and I'd not trust my daughter with a person with a mind like like that, that's for sure. I'd say that those constant attacks indicate hiding something and sexual abuse as being constantly at the front of a person's mind isn't healthy. It's a worry. Not a person who should be around children, but that's just IMHO.

That was my point, however the individuals I quoted here are perverted and I believe they are ones who have unnatural sexual proclivities. But, I am not surprised in the least it only goes to show what said above, it’s certainly sad!

There are two options - it’s either “we see And exploit a weakness” from his enemies, or “well, they didn’t get Arkansacided for speaking out, we might as well speak too”. Outright lies falls under the umbrella of the first option, as a method of exploitation.
