International Pronouns Day

Recommended Posts

New-ish holiday!
Kind late to post, it was Wednesday (3rd Wednesday of October annually). But what the heck, who doesn’t need a holiday? Let’s slip this one past the goal post!
https://pronounsday.org

https://www.thefreedictionary.com/List-of-pronouns.htm

Let’s start some holiday traditions! The exchanging of pronouns is a no brainer!

My pronouns are, “he” and “him”

I think I will refer to myself with the royal "we" and "our".

We think we shall use the pronouns "ze", "zer" and "zirs" to refer to everyone.

Ze will certainly benefit from our use of pronouns and we will be amused.

do you think ranchy stuff is what drove it out of business in usa??  it was not. it was netflix, and their dvd mail service. no trips to the stores needed,  it was before netflix became a streaming giant

Nope, it was  Netflix's mail-order service, video on demand, and Redbox automated kiosks that did them in.
But when it came to Europe, especially Germany, the lack of ranchy stuff did them in.

video on demand did not exist back then in usa. only on cable's ppv,, redbox came long after BB was a goner,  what is ranchy stuff that they did not have that did them in???   the only thing they did not have here was a pornsection, is that what you referring as ranchy stuff?

Blockbuster went bankrupt in 2010. Redbox started in 2002 and Video on demand is Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.......
And ranchy stuff that did them in in Germany is indeed porn.

It's "raunchy"!

Did Germans not have free interment porn since the inception of the internet like everyone else?

I was never a fan of blockbuster. There were so many other places to rent from and they were always the most expensive. I do miss rental stores though. Just walking around, browsing and sometimes not even getting anything although I'm at fault for their downfall as much as anyone else. My dad though, he rented movies until the last place in town closed its doors but now he's a streaming maniac.
