@EnergyGem I usually have to submit the post, and then if I edit and save it will embed the video.

For YouTube videos you go to the top and click share and another link will pop up that says copy link which you should click. Then come back to your page on the forum and paste it, it will automatically post your video.

There is no requirement to do this, a link to the video is fine.

I started watching the video...but I didn't get very far.  As soon as the narrator said that 'one's thoughts affect dna' I hit the stop button.   I think the video begins with a false premise.  He says that very few people know that in the universe there exists unlimited high frequency energy and our human body has the ability to resonate with this energy.

In fact, no one 'knows' that to be true.  That falls into the area of belief.

But one thing we do know...thought process does not affect dna.
