DIA says “UFO Program” had no mission statement, outline or objective document

n an effort to get the true objective of the alleged “UFO Program” operated from 2008-2010 by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), contracted out to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), a specific  Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was filed by The Black Vault in May of 2018 (case #FOIA-0260-2018). The final determination of that case has cultivated even more confusion and has generated even more questions about the entire narrative that has circulated for nearly four years.

Although originally reported as the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) by the NY Times in December of 2017, it was later learned the origin of the project was actually the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP). It ran from at least 2008-2010 at the DIA and run by the contracted BAASS subsidiary of Bigelow Aerospace where it was later transferred to the Pentagon and operated under a different name, with a different director.

At least, that’s how some of the stories go.

:D :D

So, they certainly achieved their targets, ie did nothing of any use whatsoever, except perhaps expose the non-existent analysis skills of their 'crack team'... or was it a team on crack...?

oh, how I hate saying I told you so... B)

OF course they had no mission statement etc.
UFOs havent been recognized as been a possibilty until recently, at least publicly.

Rules of Agenda:

#1 There is no agenda;

#2 Pretend that nothing is happening

...etc...

Oh they definitely had an agenda.

An agenda without organization or purpose (mission statement) likely will be unsuccessful.

There is no doubt about it at all, there was and most likely still is an agenda. Below is a document from the Defense Intelligence Agency dated 2019. The document was a request by the late Senator McCain, now the request or the returned reply isn't what is interesting. It's the list of Attachments and the subject matter that is in that list is what is very interesting. Unfortunately the actual attachments are not included, but the title of each attachment and the Acedemic responsible for those areas of research are included.

So in this case the agenda seems that it may be a Black Project that they appear to be dancing around.

Below is requested the information on the McCain request:

Mr. Steven Aftergood
Federation
of American Scientists 1112 16th Street NW, Suite 400 Washington,DC 20036

This responds to your Freedom oflnformation Act (FOIA) request, dated August 15,2018, that you submitted to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) for information concerning a copy o f the list that was recently transmitted to Congress o f all DIA products produced under the Advanced Aerospace Threat and Ident{fication Program contract. I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. DIA continues its efforts to eliminate the large backlog of pending FOIA requests.

Take Care my friend and take look at the subjects in those attachments.
