Would probably need someone with a scientific or engineering background to stay at those properties though and can accurately record their experience/findings as well as rule out every natural/mechanical possibility and explanation. Also armed/protected since any physical/tangible noises that allude to hauntings will probably be due to animals in the house, wind, etc rather than the paranormal.
