After 10 minutes into the interview the applicant`s phone got a text message. He:"Wait a second, I have to respond to an important message right now." I: "???" It took 2 minutes ... He:"Ok, lets go ahead." I:"I have an important information for you right now." He."Ok." I:"The interview is over, have a nice day."
