A very clickbait title, however it is worth asking, which forms of biological mutations could have created the skulls referenced?

Compare these photos to those of various mammalian sacrums. Allow for erosion. Also check reptiles/dinosaurs.

Yes, I did compare the 'things' with animal sacrums, but unless they were worked on (or partly eroded), I cannot find an animal sacrum that most resembles the ones in the photos.
